Absolutely, that’s why Airbnb and Stayz is so wonderful. You’re able to stay there as much as you like, but when it’s empty you’re able to earn some income.

It’s completely your choice, however, for many reasons we strongly suggest not allowing pets, we’re happy to discuss in further detail.

Yes you can, providing we can arrange the laundering with a laundry service.

No you don’t, Prestige Hideaways take care of the amenities and we ensure they are fully stocked in a lockable amenities cupboard.

Some people like to maintain their own gardens, but if this doesn’t sound like you, we have a wonderful gardener who can arrange a garden maintenance schedule tailored to your needs.

Prestige Hideaways has a fabulous team of Licensed Trades on hand if any issues should arise.

There are a variety of particulars that make up the initial set-up fee.

-$150 for creating your listing on Airbnb and Stayz, along with a high quality guest manual, full house inspection and the setup of amenities.

-$300 Professional photography session (May be higher for larger homes)

-$tba for a thorough deep clean prior to first guests. Cleaner will provide a quote after inspecting.

Prestige Hideaways will deduct 15%+GST from the total rental income for our year round properties.
