Prestige Hideaways has a new approach to managing short term holiday rentals on Airbnb, Stayz and Riparide. We understand not every Client enjoys having ‘The Same as Them’. Here at Prestige Hideaways, we welcome you to meet with us and discuss all of your ideas, wishes and concerns. We will take you through the entire process from start to finish, and create a plan that you feel is the best way to welcoming guests into your home.

Over the years we have learnt what guests enjoy, desire and appreciate, we are excited to offer this unique approach to managing properties on the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula. Our objective is to provide an intimate interaction that reflects your individual property, we are here to maximize your properties potential.

Prestige Hideaways has been created with a passion for representing beautiful homes. This simply means a home that’s wonderfully maintained with a gorgeous feel and styled with thought and precision.

The presentation of your property is of upmost importance, Prestige Hideaways will assist with any advice surrounding the styling and decorating of your property. Don’t have time? Don’t worry, we also offer a styling service that will take care of everything.

Prestige Hideaways uses a Professional Photographer to photograph your entire home, this ensures guests can visualise the property and make an informed booking that is perfect for them.

Prestige Hideaways will provide a comprehensive service to take care of all bookings, enquiries, cleaning and maintenance of the property. If you would like to be involved in the process then we will keep you fully informed, however, if you would rather sit back and let us take care of everything, then we can do that too!
